Looks like drywood termite infestation is controlled in case any of these treatments were completely successful.

Drywood termites have the  second highest survival and expansion rate in this area, so periodic inspections are recommended.

Please, note that your house does not qualify for a free complete termite inspection, unless

1. you see drywood, subterranean termites or fungus signs or damage,

and/or

2. it has a wood flooring over the slab foundation

and/or

3. It has a stall shower (shower without bathtub) which has not been tested or fixed in last 5 years.

I know house has a termite or fungus problem OR House has a wood flooring AND is built on a slab foundation OR House has a stall shower (shower without bathtub) which was NOT tested or fixed in last 5 years
